Shef D's Pizza Juice

Wow!  I can't believe how long it has been since I posted a Shef D original recipe!  Today, I have another healthy choice and it is for my friends and family who are juicing or are on a liquid diet.  So far, it has received a perfect five star rating from 100% of the people that have tried it!  (Thanks, Melissa!)

Ingredients

Vegetables:

6           Tomatos
2           Cucumber
2 Tbsp   Fresh Garlic
2 Tbsp   Jalapeno Peppers (Pickled - "Hot")
2 Tbsp   Jalapeno Juice
2 Tsp     Extra Virgin Olive Oil (Colavita is my favorite)
8 oz      Portabella (Portobello) Mushroom
2           Red Bell Peppers
1           Sweet Onion

Spices:
_______________________________________________
1/2 Tsp   Basil
1/4 Tsp   Black Pepper
2 Tbsp    Oregano
1/2 Tsp   Parsley
1/2 Tsp   Salt

Instructions

  1. Juice the vegetables (Set aside olive oil).
  2. Add olive oil and spices to the juice and let sit at room temperature for three (3) hours stirring occasionally. 
  3. Run juice through a strainer.
