Stomach Bomb For lunch on Tuesday, I ate some sardines in olive oil. This was the 65th can I consumed out of 72 cans I purchased on sale late last fall. I didn't like it. In fact, all I could think about was the mercury and PCBs I was eating. The clincher that did me in was the olive oil. I ate it all with the sardines. First, I felt stupid. Then I felt sick. I could almost hear my endothelial cells cursing me and crying out for help!...
