Bell Pepper Delight Juice (Shef D Original)

I wanted something light and refreshing, yet packed full of health benefits.  This is the juice that I came up with to drink between the juices made of lots of green.

Enjoy!  Shef D

Instructions
1. Thoroughly wash vegetables. Use brush on carrots.
2. If not using organic vegetables, peel skins off cucumbers. As for the carrots, Shef D scrubs root vegetables, but doesn't peel them and
they are awesome until the last drop!! (even if not organic, so I guess I'm living dangerously)
3. Juice the vegetable and fruits.
4. Mix in the oregano, parsley, basil, olive oil and vinagar.
5. Let juice rest at room temperature for several hour (or at least 2 if time is of the essence). Aggressively stir as juice separates.
6. Drink or transfer juice to your really bomb traveling bottles!
Storage: Refrigerate. Best if consumed within 48 hours (no more than 72 hours). I prefer my juice at just above room temperature.
Yield:  Approximately 32 oz of a Nutritional Powerhouse of Juice
