PIZZA SAUCE ~ REALLY GOOD!!!
This pizza sauce uses fresh herbs and medjool dates. The recipe makes enough sauce for two large pizzas. This time, I made only one cauliflower crust pizza, so the second half of the sauce I plan to use in stuffed peppers. I bet that will be awesome!
Ingredients

- 30 oz Crushed Tomatoes
- 5 Garlic Cloves
- 1/2 Small Red Onion
- 10 Basil Leaves (Fresh)
- 3 Oregano Sprigs (Leaves Only, Fresh)
- 3 Medjool Dates (Pits Removed)
- Salt and Pepper to Taste

Instructions

- Place all ingredients in blender. Blend until smooth.
- Simmer sauce on low to medium heat (Don't burn it!) until moisture is cooked out.
- Remove from heat when thick and set aside.
